Shipping Scam Information
Please be aware that a company that is not affiliated with NAFCD or NBMDA has been contacting past Annual Convention exhibitors to assist with shipping materials onsite to Colorado Springs. As a reminder, if you receive an email or phone call from anyone claiming to represent NAFCD or NBMDA to help ship or give a discount on shipping, it is likely a scam.
Make the most out of exhibiting in Colorado! Making sure your company's name is on attendees' minds before, during and after the show requires a mix of promotions. Full Exhibitor Marketing Kit coming soon.
In the meantime, below are additional items provided to enhance your exhibiting experience:
Exhibitor Services Kit
The Exhibitor Services Kit is available here. It contains general information, rules and regulations, registration and lead retrieval information, Freeman order forms and utilities and additional services – all of which are important to the success of your tabletop!
Exhibit Hall Carpet: The exhibit area is NOT carpeted; however, the aisles will be carpeted in midnight blue. Show Management requires that all booths be carpeted or have approved floor covering. Rental carpet is available through Freeman. Please refer to the Carpet Brochure and Order form. If you wish to bring your own flooring materials, please reach out to email@example.com for approval and guidelines.
Exhibitors receive monthly communications from the Annual Convention team highlighting upcoming deadlines and important reminders. All Exhibitor Bulletins distributed to date are archived below:
