    Exhibitor Registration

    Manufacturers and service providers who have already contracted their tabletop can register for the 2017 NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention. After exhibit space payment has been received, you will receive a vendor code to register your company's attendees.

    Registration Policies

    Cancellation Policy: A $95 processing fee will be deducted for written cancellations emailed to registration@distributorconvention.org and received by Friday, October 6, 2017. No refunds will be issued after October 26, 2017.

    If any circumstances or event beyond the control of NAFCD/NBMDA causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, NAFCD/NBMDA agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee which NAFCD/NBMDA is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.

    NAFCD/NBMDA may use personal identifiable information collected, such as to help minimize any potential hotel attrition penalties for the association. By registering for the conference you consent to such use. If you have any questions or concerns please contact NAFCD/NBMDA at registration@distributorconvention.org.

    Photography may be taken of participants at the NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention. Please be aware that these photos are for NAFCD/NBMDA use only and may appear in NAFCD/NBMDA conference programs, brochures, catalogs, newsletters, websites, signage, or in other NAFCD/NBMDA materials. Your attendance constitutes your permission and consent for this photography’s subsequent use.
