NBMDA/NAFCD Database & Event Attendee List Scam Warning

Fraudulent companies have been known to contact our attendees and exhibitors claiming to represent NBMDA/NAFCD and offering Convention attendee lists or assistance securing hotel rooms. It is not uncommon for such firms to feature the association logo on their emails and have their telemarketers represent themselves as association staff. Please be extra cautious and do not purchase lists and/or reserve hotel rooms from such firms.

NBMDA/NAFCD does not rent, share, or sell member or attendee contact information to any third parties. Registered attendees and exhibitors will received the attendee list for the upcoming NBMDA/NAFCD Convention at no extra cost.

NBMDA/NAFCD also does not contract with any third parties to assist our attendees in securing their hotel rooms. The only authorized means of securing your discounted hotel room for the fall Convention is by utilizing the dedicated URL link provided by the associations leading to a dedicated landing page developed by our hotel partner. Using any other means of securing your hotel reservation puts yourself at risk of not having a legitimate reservation, not securing the lowest cost for your room and potentially having your credit card data stolen. Booking hotel rooms in any manner other that using the official link negatively impacts your host associations.

2024 Exhibitor Rates:

  • 10x10 Tabletop Exhibit $4,795
  • 10x20 Tabletop Exhibit $9,590
  • First Time Exhibitor 10x10 Tabletop Exhibit $4,095
  • First Time Exhibitor 10x20 Tabletop Exhibit $8,190
  • Non-Member 10x10 Tabletop Exhibit $8,995

Each exhibitor receives the following:

  • Access to both NAFCD and NBMDA distributor attendees
  • Preferred room rate at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs (Please note that room reservations at the Broadmoor are on a first-come-first-serve basis, as we expect to fill up our room block entirely)
  • Company listing on event website and in official mobile app
  • Acknowledgment to all distributor attendees via pre-event and post-event marketing communications
  • Marketing support to assist in promoting your involvement to the distributor community, including assistance setting up appointments ahead of time
  • Incentives for first-time exhibitors
  • Opportunity to invite your non-member distributors to the event at no charge

What Does My Package Include?

  • Two full-conferences passes ($1,500 value)
  • One six-foot table, two chairs and a company ID sign provided by GES, our Official General Services Contractor
  • Carpeted booth space
  • Five full meals and two receptions

*Those who contract a 10x20 space will be given four total complimentary badges to attend!
