Charity Donations
NAFCD and NBMDA will make a contribution of $20 per attendee to charities of their choice as part of their annual Give-Back Programs.
Group Registration
A group registration discount is available for distributor attendees. Once two or more individuals from your organization have registered, the registration fee for the third attendee (and any additional attendees) will automatically be discounted by $200. To take advantage of this group discount, all additional attendees from your organization must be registered together. Please make sure you have information for all registering attendees before you begin your registration.
First-Time Attending/Non-Member Distributors
NAFCD & NBMDA provide select distributors the opportunity to experience the Annual Convention at a special rate. To qualify, firms may not be current members of either association and must be recognized by the industry as a wholesale distributor serving customers regionally from stocked warehouses and deploying a regional salesforce. Importers looking to sell products to our members do not qualify to attend this event as non-member distributors. If you believe you meet these qualifications, please send your request to attend along with a description of your company to either NAFCD or NBMDA. Staff will respond to confirm your eligibility and provide you instructions for how to register
Guest Registration
This category is reserved exclusively for attendees who are not employees of an attending company. All spouses and guests must be 18 years or older and must register to attend all official convention activities, including the General Sessions, Exhibit Hall, and Social/Food functions.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be emailed to registration@distributorconvention.org and received by Friday, September 6. Requests received after that date will not be considered. For approved cancellations, a refund will be issued for the original registration amount minus a $159 processing fee.
