University of Innovative Distribution (UID) In-a-Day will be held on November 14 in conjunction with the NAFCD + NBMDA Annual Convention. This one-day workshop is dedicated to providing tailored education to those in management positions within wholesale distribution firms as well as their partner suppliers. While the specific curriculum changes each year, the focus is on helping managers develop their individual leadership skills which will indirectly facilitate growth in the business. UID In-A-Day is an abbreviated version of the very popular University of Innovative Distribution (UID), which takes place every March in Indianapolis, IN and is a robust, four-day learning opportunity for distribution managers.
The Unspoken Rules of Leadership

Jamie Turner is an internationally recognized author, professor, speaker, and TV news contributor who has helped global brands tackle complex business problems. Jamie is an expert in leadership, productivity, and communication. He travels the globe teaching executives how to improve their communication skills, how to be more productive, and how to do a better job leading themselves and leading others. He is also a regular guest on network TV news on the topics of business, leadership, and marketing. He is also an adjunct instructor at Emory University and The University of Texas.

Meet Jeremy Wall
Set Goals all the Time is presented by Jeremy Wall, co-founder and CEO, of GoalMakers and the lead facilitator of the online Master Manager portion of the NAFCD/NBMDA Emerging Distribution Leaders program. Understanding that most managers have never been taught the fundamentals of people management or business finance, Wall has a passion for simplifying these concepts into practical and applicable lessons to help businesses define & achieve their goals. After building his previous business, an IoT safety company, Wall did private consulting before joining esteemed coach and author John Cioffi to expand this knowledge to all business owners, managers, and future leaders through GoalMakers programs.
